 A recent report has revealed that a BNP leader has occupied the ancestral property of the renowned Bengali writer Sunil Gangopadhyay in Madaripur,



 Bangladesh. Sunil Gangopadhyay, a celebrated poet and novelist, was born in the region before moving to Kolkata after the partition of India. His ancestral land in the Purba Maijpara village, Kalkini Upazila,  



has reportedly been taken over by a local leader, leading to public outrage and demands for action from the literary and cultural community
